It's been years in the making (seriously).... I've been in love with the p239 and sigs in general for the past 7 or 8 years when my buddy first let me shoot his.

I was dead set on getting the 239 in .40 with the nills grips, but every time one came available, I couldn't justify plopping 7 or 8 bills down for a firearm.

Well this time The stars aligned and the wife gave the go ahead so it's mine now!!!.

The Nills wood grips are (almost) as beautiful as a woman. so damn sexy. Now I have to buy them for ALL of my guns! damnit!

Anyways,....here she is. my everyday carry girl. I can't imagine any other gun coming along and taking her place.:23_30_104:

Nice pistol! and 7 rounds of .40 knock down power, but just think, now she's going to get holster wear and maybe a nick on them pretty wood grips! The horror!

Very nice! My carry piece is a P-229 in .40 S&W. I don't know much about the P-239, but you can't go wrong with Sigs! Congrats!

The only downside of this gun imho.....only 7 rounds.....I'm about to search for some mag extensions now to see if I can add a round or two...

The thing with wood is as it ages it only becomes more beautiful....kinda like a fine musical instrument. think a stradivarius or a fine spruce top martin guitar.......same thing goes with the nills. As the oils from my hand blend with the wood it should only become better!:565:

Nice gun. Got one just like it, minus the wood grips.
